Professionally, Bobby has spent over 20 years leading Learning and Development teams in a corporate environment. He built his expertise in culture change, leadership development, employee engagement, consultative selling, and performance management. His speaking opportunities included invitations from the Association of Talent Development, American Management Association, Cranfield University, and National Speakers Association.
In 2017, Bobby received the Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He graduated from Trinity University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Journalism. Bobby also earned the Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Personally, Bobby and his wife Mary live in Mansfield, Texas, where he serves as Vice President of the Mansfield Public Library Advisory Board. He lives for the day when his Texas Rangers win the World Series.
