Bobby is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). All coaching engagements are conducted according to the ICF Code of Ethics. Additionally, he is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and an EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Coach.
Bobby served over 25 years as a Learning Leader while managing teams in a corporate environment. He has proven expertise in culture change, leadership development, employee engagement, consultative selling, customer experience, high-potential talent development, and performance management.
Bobby lives and works in beautiful Mansfield, Texas. He serves there as President of the Mansfield Public Library Advisory Board while also being active in Kiwanis International. Bobby supports the Harvesting in Mansfield food ministry (www.himcenter.org).
